I just tried it this weekend, and my first impression is that it's more frustrating than fun, yet still very entertaining. It's basically a joke Battle Royal, and all the weapons and physics are intentionally (hilariously) wonky. If your friends know your skill level and aren't jerks, and you can fill a team without having to play with randos, might be worth a try?Īlso, if you like silly stuff, check out Totally Accurate Battlegrounds. #BEST CASUAL GAMES TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS FULL#I know he'd like to play more, but only if he can get together a full party. My partner played a little, and liked the game, but stopped because of the sweaty/toxic players. It probably also helps that I'm playing with friends that just want to have fun and don't care too much. You drop, have some fun, die (or win), repeat. Games are pretty fast-you're not stuck in a game with the same people, for multiple rounds, with everyone getting increasingly frustrated. I like it because it's high intensity, but low pressure. My gaming bg seems similar to yours, and I've been having a lot of fun with Apex Legends. #BEST CASUAL GAMES TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS PC#TL DR, Recommend me some PC competitive games that are fun to play in a casual way! Should I just give it a go? Or is there a more noob-friendly FPS? He and my friends already play Valorant, but I find it intimidating. But I'm willing to learn! My boyfriend mainly plays World of Tanks, but he says it's too grindy and unless you play for years or spend a ton of money it's not even enjoyable. Except for Bioshock Infinite on easy haha. I've never played any Battle Royale or any FPS really. I was also pretty active and decently good at competitive Pokémon battles around like 6th gen, but none of the said friends even own a Switch. I feel like the 869 different daily logins and how it wants me to spend money on it so badly get old quickly haha I've been playing Mobile Legends Bang Bang (a mobile LoL knockoff) on and off for the past year and it's been fun, buttt idk. I never played rankeds, I just wanted to have fun, but a lot of folks playing even the most casual game modes got so worked up over everything it'd kinda threw me off. I used to play LoL as tank/support main a few years ago, but uni demanded all of my brain power and at the end of the day I was too mentally tired to play LoL. I'm also not very willing to spend tons of hours every week on it to practise/learn the meta and stuff, I don't care if I never get good at the game, I just want to have fun with my friends. I'd like to play with them, but I'm an extremely chill girl with zero competitiveness in my body. I've been making friends that play competitive PC games.
